Mr. Carmack is responsible for our Empowerment Network Marketing & PR, and the Security of the Business Project Development Initiatives directed towards Corporations, Not-for-profit Organizations, Educational Institutions, Small Minority Business Enterprises and individual entrepreneurs. His executive responsibilities include managing and coordinating Marketing, Public Relations, Commercial and Non-commercial Networking and Sales initiatives; recruiting and coordinating Strategic Market Development Teams.
