Mr. William Z. Reich

A graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law in 1974, Mr. Reich was admitted to the bar the same year. He has practiced immigration law since 1975 and is a nationally recognized speaker, published author, and expert strategist of complex immigration legal issues.

Mr. Reich is a member of the Board of Editors of the Matthew Bender Immigration Law and Procedure volumes, for which he also writes. He has co-authored the chapter on Free Trade Agreement (FTA) practice for the Matthew Bender treatise on immigration law, and co-authored the Matthew Bender chapter on Border Problems and Remedies as well as authored “Processing of Canadian NAFTA Applications at the Port of Entry” in AILA's Immigration Practice and Procedure Under the North American Free Trade Agreement. He frequently co-counsels and mentors other lawyers.

Mr. Andrew Wilson

Graduated from Ridley College in St. Catharines, Ontario, received his B.A. degree from the University of New Hampshire and his J.D. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. He authored “TNs for Computer Professionals Under NAFTA” for the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA)’s Immigration Practice & Procedure Under The North American Free Trade Agreement , 2nd Edition. In addition, Mr. Wilson authored “Living in America: A Canadian's Guide to Understanding U.S. Immigration Law” for CCH Canadian Limited’s Cross-Border Relocation Law. He has also authored articles for Computerworld and International HR Journal, and has been interviewed by CBS MarketWatch on the subject of H-1B legislation.

In addition, Mr. Wilson is a frequent speaker on various immigration issues at AILA and Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM) conferences, and he serves as an Immigration Board Guide on Martindale-Hubbell’s lawyers.com web site. Mr. Wilson is a member of AILA and the New York State Bar and is listed in the Best Lawyers Consumer Guide for immigration law.

Mr. Anthony Barone

Received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Toledo School of Law in 1973 and was admitted to the New York bar in 1974. He has served as a municipal Judge in the Town of Evans, New York for over 20 years. Judge Barone joined the firm in 1980 and is primarily responsible for major corporate client employment transfers (temporary and permanent), NAFTA matters including work permits for professionals, consultants and specialized technicians, investor/trader applications and other employment-related aspects of immigration law. Judge Barone brings over twenty years of corporate, commercial, real estate, immigration and judicial experience and acumen to business and investment clients seeking U.S. immigration status. Judge Barone is a published author and contributed to the NAFTA chapter for Matthew Bender.
