Once you log-in to the system using your User ID and Password you will be taken to the Desktop page of the entire application. On the Desktop you will find the organization’s Spotlight News and News & Announcements.

  1. On the left Side-Bar you will find: the System Summary of your e-mail, public announcements (shouts), forum postings; To-Do Summary; and In Coming Events.
  2. The Top Menu Bar on the Desktop is basically divided into three main menus:
    • Personal
    • Community
    • e-Learning.
    • Each of these main menus has a drop down menu
  3. Most of the modules in the system are grouped under the Personal or the Community menu. The system modules are viewed by simply passing your cursor over the main menu to see the menu drop down listings.

    The e-Learning menu is the Learning Management System module (LearningCube). It has its own desktop. Pass your cursor over the e-learning menu and click on desktop to see portfolios/courses you own or have subscribed to.
  4. To learn more about the various WebCube modules, and LearningCube, navigate the left side-menu on this page.
