How can I create a new contact?

  1. On the top Menu-Bar, click on ‘Personal’, then click on the ‘Contact’ icon.
  2. On the left Menu-Bar, click on ‘create new contact’.
  3. A form wil appear in the main screen. Follow the steps 1-6. Aney feild that is marked withan asterix (*) is compulsary. Everything else is optional.
  4. Once you completed the form press save button.
  5. Click on close button to exit. You will be able to see the new contact address on the ‘Contact List’ page, which can be accessed from the left Menu-Bar.

How can I Search for a contact?

  1. On the left Menu-Bar, click ‘search’ link. A mailing list search page will open for you.
  2. In the search box, type the name of the contact you wish to find and click on the ‘search icon’. You may search the contact addresses either in your personal contact list, network or other trusted network.
  3. The search result will be displayed under step two
