How can I use the Mailing List facility?

  1. On the top Menu-Bar, click on ‘Personal menu’, click on the ‘Mailing List’ icon.
  2. To create Mailing List simply click on ‘create mailing list’ link on the left Menu-Bar.
  3. Type in the mailing list name in step 1 and press the ‘save’ button. If you mailing list name is ‘family’ and your email address is ‘yourname@abc.com’, your mailing list address will be yourname-family@abc.com
  4. To add email addresses under this mailing list address simply insert email address directly in the box given in step 2. You may search email addresses from your personal address book or from the entire network.
  5. The inserted email addresses will be listed in step 3. You can remove the addresses from the mailing list by selecting the intended addresses and press the remove button.
  6. Once you have completed step 1 to step 3, press the ‘save’ button. Click on the ‘close’ button to exit.
  7. To search the mailing list address, click on the ‘search’ link on the left hand Menu-Bar. Simply follow step 1 and step 2. The search fields can either be in your personal contact list, network or other trusted network.
