What is the Shoutbox module?

You can use the shoutbox module to quickly send any announcment to the entire community e.g. FYI’s, advertisements etc., you can also add images to your posts. All users in the sytsem will be able to view your shoutbox posts.

How can I use the Shoutbox System?

On the top menu-bar, click on the ‘Community’ menu, click on the ‘Shoutbox’ icon. Once the screen loads, on the left menu-bar will be the Shoutbox menu, and the latests posts will be on the main window

  1. To create a new post, click on the ‘Scream Now’ link that's located on the left side-bar
  2. To view all of the posting list, click on the ‘Screamed list’ link.

How to make your profile picture appear viewable in Shoutbox

  1. Click on ‘Settings’.
  2. Click on ‘Update Profile’ on the left hand navigation menu bar.
  3. You may upload your photo in ‘My Avatar’. To do this click at the browse button. Select your desired photo from your PC. Please make sure you ‘Enable my avatar’ and press the save button.
